About the Chef: Chef Diane Shimota is a United States Personal Chef Association Certified Personal Chef. She is a graduate of Chef Eric's Culinary Classroom in Los Angeles, California and Epicurean School of Cooking in Beverly Hills, California. She has attended numerous workshops at the New School of Cooking in Los Angeles. She is a Certified Food Safety Manager for the County of San Bernardino and has been serving families in the Redlands area since 2004.
