Bellaire, TX I‘ve worked as a personal chef Since 2001 and as a private chef since 1998, for a couple desiring healthy, hearty spa-type foods, like Sugar Busters, Atkins or Canyon Ranch inspired recipes. I currently have clients requiring Kosher cooking and help set up and maintain their kitchen for that purpose.
Services Offered
I received personal chef training when I joined the USPCA in 1999. My culinary training was done at Houston Community College with a Culinary Services Certificate received in 1998. Course work at the college included extensive food preparation classes, food safety, fine dining, management and purchasing. I also worked on the weekends as a pastry cook at Eatzi’s in Houston for almost 2 years making self service desserts and breakfast pastries. |
